I don't know if kmail allows it, but mutt allows you to pipe a message
through a command.  For exaple, the following macro (this one hasn't
been tested, but is based on a similar one I have) :


macro index <f11> "!echo reporting to SA\r<pipe-message>spamassassin -d | spamassassin 
-r ; echo \"report done!\"\r"
