Casey, You can activate individual RBLs by changing their scores to something other than 0 -- the best place to make the scoring change is in /etc/mail/spamassassin/local.cf but the example lines to change are in /usr/share/spamassassin/50_scores.cf -- just copy them to local.cf and edit them there.
