For the general patterns at our site, that's probably right about where
I'd put it.   If anything, I'd maybe consider nudging the medium and low
thresholds down just a bit.  Here's stats for our server over the past
week:

        0-4.99  : 35275
        5-9.99  : 9212
        10-14.99: 3432
        15-19.99: 637
        20-24.99: 188
        25-29.99: 45
        30+     : 41

What I actually do (using MIMEDefang) is to add an X-Spam-Level header
to the message that contains a row of asterisks equivalent to the
integer part of the message's score.  That lets my outlook users pick
their own cutoff point if they're not happy with the default of 5 (by
filtering for, say "X-Spam-Level: **********").
