Following on from my own message... I've checked the scores file and the scores for spam phrases look well out of scale - the lowest is 330 and the highest is about 30,000. This means that the spam phrase score will *always* be either over 100 or 0 (I'm finding it hits on a lot of non spam messages though). This puts a minimum score on any message it doesn't like of 3.6, leading to large numbers of false positives.
