I don't think it should be removed, as it may be useful to people
integrating SA into other systems that use Mail::Audit and so need the
functionality without the bug(s?), and want to re-use the Mail::Audit
instance later on for filtering or something.

For Kamil: MyMailAudit simply fixes the bug that the old patches fixed, but
by subclassing instead of patching.
