   Ok, 2.xxyy where digits "xx" are the minor version number and "yy" 
are the patch version numbers.  So, the current version is "2.0000" and 
the current version with bugfixes is "2.0001".  Active development will 
begin on "2.0100" and the next devel release is "2.0101", etc.
   That will maintain backward compatibility to 5.005 (at least) and I 
don't think we need to worry too much about confusion, as SA is NOT a 
program for the clueless anyway (setting up an maintaining SA and all 
the other components of a *nix based mail server is NOT for lusers).
   And I'd drop the idea of letters.  I don't want to be different just 
like everyone else.
   I won't mention julian dates again ;^).
