Nice side effect of this new system is that you can add things with numbers on them like "99localscores" to get config files read in a certain order. Very nice jm.- config file split up into a directory of files. Also, config file locations are now legal by the FHS. (hence the major number change)
You also forgot to mention one of the most-fun features of 2.0: auto-whitelists.
