This message has to do with the "Relative Path" in the SJ Eclipse project 
properties page. Make
sure that you put a trailing slash. Something like this:

/location/of/my/project/

Sorry about the very narrow fields in the password dialog. They come out narrow 
in WIndows, but
not that narrow.

I'll look into that too.
