I don't know if you missed the last email on this subject, but just in 
case--the problem was
imbedded backslash characters in a path in the code.

I've compiled a new sjeclipse.jar and I'd appreciate if you Linux guys could 
test it out for me.

You can get it here:

http://www.sourcejammer.org/sjeclipse.jar

Just drop the new jar in your Eclipse 
plugins/org.sourcejammer.extension.sjeclipse_1.0.1
directory. You'll probably have to re-start Eclipse. 

Please tell me if this fixes it.
