Has anyone else had this problem? It sounds like everything should be working, Michael (though, actually, I'm not familiar with the -clean option and am not sure why you had to launch Eclipse this way). I'll try a fresh "clean room" install of SJ Eclipse to see if I experience anything similar, though.
