Check the namer file in the _temp directory. This directory should be in C:\SourceJammer\client\conf\_temp if you are using Windows, but could be elsewhere depending on where you installed the SJ client.
Does the _temp directory exist? Does the namer file exist? Is this file read-only (should not be)? Is the file hidden (should not be)? If everything looks ok with this file, try replacing it with a new namer file from someone else's computer. Could be it got corrupted somehow.
