Check the namer file in the _temp directory. This directory should be in
C:\SourceJammer\client\conf\_temp if you are using Windows, but could be
elsewhere depending on
where you installed the SJ client.

Does the _temp directory exist? Does the namer file exist? Is this file
read-only (should not be)?
Is the file hidden (should not be)?

If everything looks ok with this file, try replacing it with a new namer file
from someone else's
computer. Could be it got corrupted somehow. Then restart your SJ client and
see if that fixes the
problem.
