Hello, Luis. I'm sorry for the error. I tried to fix this problem a while back, but it seems like there are still a few problems.
Here's what's happening. You created some users and added them as archive users to your archive. Then you deleted the users. But SourceJammer still kept a record of those users as archive users. So, when you try to maintain archive users, one thing SJ does is it looks to see if any archive users have actually been deleted and then it will try to delete them from the archive user list. This is where you're getting your error. The easiest solution to your problem at this point is for you to manually remove the deleted users from your archive's .sja file. Here are step-by-step instructions: 1) Stop your SJ server. 2) Look for the SJ filesys directory (probably under sourcejammer/server or something similar. 3) Look for the file [archive name].sja and open this file in a text editor. It's plain text XML. 4) Look for the <users> section. You'll probably see all of the deleted users that are causing you problems in this list. Just delete the users that aren't supposed to be there. 5) Save the file and re-start the SJ server. Please let us know if this fixes your problem.
