Log Message:
Set VMSWAP_DEFAULT_PLAINTEXT for hpcarm and hpcmips, that suffer from
slow CPU as well as memory shortage.
For hpcsh, this option is already enabled by std.sh3.
To generate a diff of this commit:

cvs rdiff -u -r1.20 -r1.21 src/sys/arch/hpcmips/conf/std.hpcmips
