It can't be certain that the behavior is related to this bug. XC68LC040 series are known for having many serious bugs. It may be this bug (Of course I don't think so). It may be a bug written in another published errata. It may be a bug written in another errata that was previously published but can no longer be found. It may be an undocumented bug. It may be a hardware fault. You see only E4 errata information. You don't know your processor's exact maskset (revision). Then how can you identify?
