bsd.lib.mk: Make update-symbols resolve ${LIB_EXPSYM} via .PATH.
By doing this instead of using ${.CURDIR}, we can have update-symbols
automatically copy it to the right place even if the .expsym file is
in a subdirectory, like libarch/i386/i386.expsym.
