Just a quick note: I noticed that the caption for this item in the blog post
said:

"The parts were discovered on the coast of Saint-Denis, the island’s capital."

Reunion is a "département", not a state, so it doesn't have a capital (the
only "capital" in France is Paris ;). The département's seat city is a
"préfecture". (

However, after looking into this a bit (I lived there for a few years, so this
is of interest to me), we may not even need to go into the intricacies of
French administrative divisions, since the debris seem to have actually been
found in Saint-André, not Saint-Denis (according to the WP article about
Flight 370, and the relevant sources). Saint-André is a smaller city on the
east coast of the island:

I'm not sure if you want to edit the blog post, but I thought I'd mention it.
