That test didn't work. I didn't really get an error. It just would not
complete. I used cmake-gui in cygwin. Cool toy though. Next up : mingw.

I've seen annotated source files in C and they say if define an environment
do this or another environment do something else. It probably gets to
cygwin and says what is a cygwin!

I have more time to test with mingw this week.
