Yes if that level of automation(end to end) comes about it will 
surely be a value addition to the webservices technologies.But 
again, who will be the clients for these services(given that they 
should use that automation tool/utility to exploit its benifits)? 
and what will be such services?I reiterate again i am not 
questioning the intent or significance of UDDI, i am only trying 
to figure out,at a ground level ,what will be services that become 
webservices.
My relentless pursuing of "what services will be the webservices?" 
may be annoying,but i guess thats the only way i can keep the 
discussion focussed.
