Never had an actual problem with the CMMS command. Its accepted
allright (OK is returned), but does not have any effect. All users
will experience its effect (or the luck of) on the next version.

The one thing I don't remember very well is if there was some other
reason that I've decided to remove the CMMS from smslib. I will
probably introduce a "disable-cmms" switch, just to be safe. Also, I
will probably use the "2" parameter of the CMMS command, in order to
give the background queues a chance to use it as well.
