Nothing that bad but I have found PERC controllers are a pain in the
arse to deal with. In my case it was random lockups.
We are replacing all PERC controllers with HBA330s
(http://i.dell.com/sites/doccontent/shared-content/data-sheets/en/Documents/dell-poweredge-hba330.pdf)
which Dell sells for a surprisingly low price.
I would recommend these for all new Dell systems.
