Makes sense.
The problem is, the datasheet for the samsung 470 series I found
does only document attributes 9,12,178,179,180 and 183.
And as your email shows, there are actually some more attributes.
I additionally found some documentation for a similar (as I assumed) chip,
which lists some more attributes, from where I took the rest of the
added attributes.
So my guess was not correct it seems.
However, traditionally attribute 194 is used for plain temperature listing, not 
190,
but manufacturers are free to do what they want (and they do, indeed).

I will simply comment out attribute 190, so it takes the default again, as
there is some amount of hurry. We can later add more details as they get
available.

Further information and datasheets are always welcome, of course ;-)
