One caveat about "paleo diet" that the list owner, Vinny Pinto, would
never let past his censoring: there can be some VERY nasty viral
infections from eating raw meat.
Hep. E is something that has killed some hunter here in Japan after
their feasting on wild mountain boar.
I'd be very careful and make sure I had some clear knowledge about the
topic before "going raw." I have read that TB was carried in raw
cow's milk in the bad old days. And even the popular sushi must be
treated with great care because of parasites. Most restaurants'
"fresh" sushi has actually been frozen for a few days to kill the
parasites.
There is much to be said for cooked food.

Its some of the best things you can eat for health if you can get past
the social programming about raw animal products.

Bob said, "I'm sorry but I just cannot get by the fact you are
drinking
URINE. Maybe it is because I was born in an age where body fluids are
not
for drinking."
Bob, not sure you want to hear this, but bodily fluids are promoted by
government subsidies here in the USA - Got Milk? And in Africa (I
think it
is the Masai) drink the blood of their bulls. They make cheese with a
goat
stomach, milk, and urine in the Middle East. I know keeshka (sp), a
Slavic
sausage, is made with blood, ground liver and kidney, spices, and
barley or
rice. It is really good! (of course, like all sausage, sometimes it is
better to savor the flavor and not ask too many questions about
ingredients!)
I could try UT if I had some "incurable" disease, or if stranded
without
water somehow, but have a hard time with the idea. Maybe mixed with
lemonade, it would taste like Gatorade?!! Then just add the CS right
before
drinking....
