Probably the difference is if it is cured, they have lost a patient, but if it 
is
in remission, they can keep scheculing the patient to come back year after year.

Yep, cured mine, no more fever blisters, haven't had one since 1999, when I 
first
heard of CS, and before that I would get them 6 to 12 times a year.
