This is better than an enema however unless you are using the proper
colonic equipment which allows
water to enter and exit - by gravity feed - not pumps - you loose the
effect of massaging the walls of the

If you are serious about a full colon cleanse you can by a colonic board.
I would check the Internet for prices. It is not a complicated procedure
and can be done in the privacy of your own home, at your leisure and when
