Hi Shannon, you may want to try EFT (emotional freedom technique) emofree.com. It uses accupressure points and focusing on the pain to to alleviate many physical and emotional issues. There is a free download to get the tutorial at emofree.com. It's about 80 pages. If you prefer to learn it faster I can teach it to you and treat you right over the phone as I am certified EFT practitioner in LV. NV. Try it either way, it really gets to the root of the problems. EFT is an amazing self help technique that often relieves emotional and physical pain when nothing else works. Silver is great for killing germs but fybromyalgia and depression need more help than CS. Ask others on the list what they think of EFT or maybe someone here will chime in about it.
