You would have to add some type of emulsifier to it. Interesting, that would make a colloidal emulsion. You might try something like lecithin. Soap would emulsify it as well, but I would not recommend using that, soap tends to cause CS to aggregate. I am not sure, but anything that will emulsify it might cause aggregation as well, so it may not be worth the trouble.
