Hey Ode,
I have a question for ya. I made a batch of CS and let it stabilize overnight. With the stirrer still going and the unit turned off but still immersed I added 3 drops of HP. Food grade. It didn't go the usual milky color. Instead it stayed clear, and over a period of couple hours noticed fairly large bubbles attaching themselves to the electrodes and the plastic stirer at the bottom of the jar. Could you please tell me if what might be happening and if it is still acceptable to consume? Thanks. ernie If you exceed around 120 degrees F, excessive Brownian motion will cause velocity related particle colloisions resulting in agglomeration..amongst other chemical reaction threshold and super saturation effects that show up after the CS cools. Yellow CS is practically gauranteed at any significant PPM. ode -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
