It's been a long winter ...spring greens are always a treat but it's usually 
late April before leeks and Virginia water leaf pop up...there are several 
later on I'm thinking of dandylions pig weed amaranth and rhubarb..these little 
baby spinach leaves sure are tasty...anything that good has gotta be bad
