Marv, I think that the idea of 'information disclosure' in a patent is just that, an idea. While it is a requiremnt in the application process the owners can easily say they themselves didn't know what was going on with the property. So they disclose some stuff and not other stuff. Certainly this goes on all the time in the U.S., but in other countries that are taught to emmulate U.S. and European approaches the disclosure is respected even less. Reid
