Dear Hugh, Might want to make sure your wife does not also have celiac disease which can predispose one to other bowel problesm via themechanism of chronic inflamation. Most of us actaully have celiac to various degrees, but others are more sensitive, in which case no more cereal grains in the diet or very little.
