I strongly recommend the thermal stirrer with the Silverpuppy. Both items are sold on the site. The thermal stirrer gives you the addition of some temperature control, which makes timing more consistent and enables you to produce the CS in colder environments; a must for some people. I've probably setup a dozen people with such, and all work great.
