Was just reading it on the Silver Puppy site. My only reasoning is just one less piece of equipment to worry about. No other reason really. As I'm not planning on being a power user it's just a simplicity thing but all for making sure I'm creating a quality consistent batch. I'll find the link on the site in a few mins.
