Hi Ron,
Over at lymestrategies, Marc Fett, the moderator, has mentioned a protocol 
that's almost as effective as IV CS. Mix some CS with MSM, hold it under your 
tongue for 15-30 min and the MSM will help carry the CS effects to the entire 
body. 
I personally didn't like the taste, so instead, I open an MSM cap, drip CS into 
it until the powder is completely saturated, close it again, pierce the side 
with a pin to accelerate dissolving in the mouth, and then place it under my 
tongue. If I keep my tongue plastered to the roof of my mouth, my tastebuds 
don't notice anything. Then, after 30 min. I swallow hard, chase with water or 
juice and get the benefits.
