more complicated passwords should fix it

password crackers crack into accounts with fairly easy passwords and then
send to the address list in the account

a secure password has upper and lower case letters, numbers and symbols

I run a number of lists and have not been able to figure out the vector on
this one either. It occurs pretty regularly and to folks who do seem to be
practicing safe computing.

Normally a password reset seems to get them straightened out. I would love
to hear how to get these resolved long term!
