Alex, Read what I said, and pay attention to the decimal points. The daily allowance is 1 MILLIGRAM, not 1 GRAM. You could drink 1/10th of a liter of 10ppm colloidal silver for your 70Kg body. That is 100 grams of the 10ppm colloidal silver. That's basically what I said earlier, but I did not round off the numbers.
Marshall did not say anything different than I did, but he either did not read what I wrote or wanted to use different units. Look up MILLI, MICRO, NANO, and PICO on Wikipedia, or something like that. 1 gram is the same thing as 1000 milligrams.
