Hi Chuck, I bought a FlavorStone pan from the shopping channels and it is
marvelous! I have had all the others i.e. Cast iron, stainless steel, and a
so-called original 'safe' pan (which stuck like hell) but this one is
superb. Non toxic, and you can cook without any fat and as long as you
don't have the heat high, it is guaranteed for at least 25 years. I got it
from Thane Direct one of the shopping channels, and even my husband thinks
its marvellous--praise indeed! Dee PS it was £49.99 and worth every penny.
