Oh.. I also love my old, wonderfully seasoned cast iron skillet for my cornbread. Yum. I don't use any non-stick anything. Lola H. ps.. Almost forgot.. I also have some glass corning skillets I use for things like fried apples and making gravies. Easy, easy to clean..
