Hi Melly...they would pour the water over ice and let it set...she is eating like a little bird with all the drugs they are giving her. She wouldn't eat the onions/coconut but thanks so much for the suggestion, Debbie

The taste and texture of it would be a dead give-away. You can make the coconut butter as suggested by JBudwig. Put lots of onion and lots of coconut in a pan, caramelize the butter. Store in ref. Use as butter or spread on veggies and breads. It should taste yummy. Melly
