Ken, Thanks for all the info. Deb, If you put cs in water it would float. The taste and texture of it would be a dead give-away. You can make the coconut butter as suggested by JBudwig. Put lots of onion and lots of coconut in a pan, caramelize the butter. Store in ref. Use as butter or spread on veggies and breads. It should taste yummy. Melly
