Some with persistent heartburn might want to try adjustments to their diet.
Low carb as a rule but no carbs for their evening meal. If there are
carbs they should be from the vegies.
I am quite familiar with heart burn, to do the extent of vomitting
and feeling really sick, the change in diet appears to take full care
of the heartburn without having to resort to any over the counter medications.
Others appear to have good results with taken 1 to table spoons of
apple cider vinegar in a little water about half an hour before each meal.

I think a check up may be in order because this can be other things
causing this. Over the counter remedies are bad news as they
contain aluminium and other horrible things. Also, you can damage
the lining of the stomach with them. dee

I suffer from heart burn all the time. It gets bad at night.
Sometimes to the point of where I need to sit up that helps most
of the time but some time I have to regurgitate after that I am
fine and sleep well. I have been taking over the counter stuff but
I no longer want to do that I know there has to be a natural
remedy for this problem.
