I actually have three different spyware systems on here Ernie. I have the Shield Pro which has its own, also Superspyware and the Windows Defender. I have also downloaded a free program called Clearmymail.com but this seems to do more or less what my email program does i.e. It asks if you want the email and if you don't you can block it, but it is all a bit of a drag really, as I would have spent the same amount of time bouncing and blocking from my email program.
