The CS might work to speed up the initial startup of the cell.  I don't
think it would necessarily do anything after the initial phase.  It
would be interesting to hear the results.

        I have been researching how big and what kind of Hydrogen
Generator to build to install 
        On my car and truck (to increase gas millage). Most Hydrogen
generator use some thing 
        To boost the conductivity between the stainless steel plate
(such as baking soda and vinegar), 
        I was wondering about using CS to boost the conductivity. I
wonder if the Cs would plate out 
        On the plates. We built the plates, and they work great in
water. 
        By the way they recommend distilled water for the Hydrogen
Generator. 
        We just need to put them in a container. 
        Just another possible use for CS.
