To all (especially new members) You can make a Controlled Current Generator with and Wall DC power supply using a Current Regulating Central Diode they come in various currents 610-1N5297 from Mouser Electronics is for 1 Mill amp You put this in line with power supply with a volt meter you can measure voltage (higher as Silver is further apart and lower as you move silver closer together). It adjust voltage to matain mill amp rating. With a cheap meter from Harbor Freight you can look at the voltage. Power supplies vary I have a 12 volt DC power supply (500 mil amps) that puts out close to 24 volts DC at 1 Milliamp. You can connect up the probes from a multi meter and with a current limiter you can change the spacing on Your Silver and watch the voltage change to matain the rating (such as the 1 Mill Amp). I make CS much the same way you do and do not disagree with anything you said. I have only one question. >the rods need to be close about 15mm apart but must not touch each >other How do you arrive at this distance? Mine are further than that. And maybe another one, why a specific distance ? Wayne ================= -- The Silver List is a moderated forum for discussing Colloidal Silver.
