Maybe I haven't been taking quite enough.  The combination of supplements I 
take gives me around 200 mgs magnesium a day.  Maybe I need more.  I will work

        I take magnesium citrate, because of constipation and find that four 
hundred mgs is probably too much even for me, so I take two hundred. I probably 
get some in the spirulina and wheat grass I take too.  Do you take the 
undenatured whey that Duncan recommends?  Maybe this could help too, although 
not if you are allergic to dairy. Dee
