Thank you very much for the specifics. Is a daily dose considered one
dose every 6 hours? It is the oreganol brand, and is already diluted
with olive oil. I wanted to use it for candida and other fungal issues
that are flaring up. Thanks to all who responded.

Oregano is a hot oil so you would want to dilute it unless it is
already diluted with olive oil. Check the bottle for this
information. I have oreganol P 73 and 2 drops is 100mg. So if you
are taking it orally I would place 2 drops in a gel capsule and
swallow right away. If it was Young Living Oregano oil it is
recommended to dilute one drop to a teaspoon of honey or a 4 oz
beverage. YL oil is not diluted. But as a replacement for diflucan
I would use Thyme not Oregano. Oregano is great for bronchitis, may
help colds, digestion problems, balance metabolism viral and bacterial
pneumonia and strengthen vital centers.

Dear List,
I picked up a little bottle of oreganol to use as an antifungal, and
did not see any dosing info online, like to use in place of diflucan
or something like that. I have heard wonders about it, but hoped
someone can steer me in the direction of a correct dose for a
"normal" person.
Thanks, kathryn
