My dog caught some kind of cold that the neighborhood dogs are getting, a
cough and sneezing and sore throat. He also has one swollen lymph node. I
just gave him one drop of oreganol, just by dropping ONE drop on his teeth
and he licked it off, coating his throat and mouth. The swelling in his
gland came down a little right away, and the coughing sneezing is reduced
too. Oreganol works on virus, bacteria, and parasites! It is possible to
give too much, so use sparingly.

I use it as a vapor/steam when I have a cold, or sinus thing going on. (
helps with ear stuff too if breathed as steam ) IT reduces swelling! It's
nice not to have to deal with not knowing what it is going on. The oil takes
care of it all! I use about 5 drops in the water per pan of water, just
about one inch. I boil the water just enough to get the steam rising. A big
rolling boil is too much. The rest goes up in steam disinfecting the air,
and making it easier to breathe. I breathe it in about 6 times or so . The
mist will cause stinging in the raw areas, but it brings a numbing
sensation quickly afterwards... At least you know where the cold has
affected you! Lol

Sincerely Barb M.

You should be able to apply topically undiluted. Avoid eyes or other
sensitive areas.
