In Brazil there is a related "puta que o pariu", that turned into the handy PQP and may be used almost in polite conversation as somewhere far away. "Puta" also means "very big" or "very important" or "very nice" in Brazilian Portuguese. In Argentina they always use "boludo" and "pelotudo". It is translatable as something like "big-balled" and is very offensive. Andre Andre
