Wonder if India should get into the prison offshoring business. For criminals in the west it might be a deterrent: "For crimes of X magnitude, the punishment is 2 to 5 in Arthur Road jail" :-)

Wonder if the Indian Gov't can afford to send some of those in Indian prisons who have been spending years there for some minor offence (remember some documentary about this about a year ago).
