I was there in 2005 and it was really lovely. 
It was close to the end of season when we went, but the flowers were still 
spectacular. The trails were clean and free of litter. While the hike upto 
Ghangaria was crowded with pilgrims, the hike into the valley was quiet and we 
met may be 2 other sets of tourists on the day we went to the valley.
