Is it Indian culture to gang up and beat, assault, disrobe/molest and spew obscenities at women in public spaces?? Is it Indian culture to promote, encourage and assist violence on women by not treating it as a criminal act ?? A crime is a crime but guising it under the term "culture" dilutes its social impact and denies justice, legally speaking. -- .
